The first unit delivered was mishandled badly they sent out a replacement which I received in less than a week, this is a company that has good after sales service. The assembly went well, but the quality of the instructions leaves something to be desired. The assemble was pretty intuitive but the explanation relating to the monitor was a little lacking. The monitor is held in place with 4 M4 screws, the ones supplied were not long enough. Please be aware; in the manufacturers advertising it shows this unit has Blue Tooth and HDMI but it does not have these connections, only SSID (network Connection).

So far excellent machine makes for a good workout easy assembly. App is good. The screen is pretty bare bones and not worth the upgrade if you have a decent size phone screen or tablet to used.

Setting up was fine and basically self explanatory. The only issue is , I can’t seem to power on the screen and the adapter is too big to fit in the hole under the screen!!!!

I did not get the product all the way out of the box I noticed that the rail was only 36 inches. I guess I didn’t pick that up in the product definition. I did see one review saying that it was too short ignored that one review simply because I figured the guy was 8 foot tall or something everything about it looked like high-quality though as soon as they refund my product, I’m going to order the other one that they have that is quite clearly marked that it’s 53 inches long the rail I don’t like the fact that I’m going to have to lose 66 bucks for sending a back however

We have only had our row machine for a week and a half before the screen completely stopped working. We called the company and could only leave a message and then emailed them with all the information. Within 24 hours we had an email response and they worked quickly at resolving our issue & getting our screen replaced. We are happy with the row machine and the levels of resistance for our level of physical activity! The seat is also comfortable !
