Wow! This is great quality and I was so excited to receive it in the mail. It is a little heavier that I expected, but that’s ok because it is so sturdy. I work out a lot at home doing strength training because I have a spinal cord injury. This box allows me to continue my PT at home. I use it for stability and balance . I searched a lot and the value for the money on this is just right. I am happy with the size I chose because felt it was kind of in “the middle” and I can turn it 3 different ways. The box is soft and has no sharp edges. My grand-daughter likes to climb in it too and I don’t worry about her getting hurt.

    This plyo box has been an incredible addition to mine and my family’s workouts! The combination of firm support and a soft surface is perfect—it provides stability for jumps, step-ups, and box squats, while the soft exterior gives us confidence to push ourselves without worrying about shin scrapes or injuries. The high-density foam is super durable and doesn’t lose its shape, even after repeated use.

    This is a great versatile box. My oldest uses for box jumps on all sides, my youngest is working on the lowest side and I can use to help strengthening with progressing height as tolerated. It is soft enough that if you don't land the jump, you don't peel off layers of skin but sturdy enough that stepping or jumping on it you don't sink . Seems durable and handling our functional needs well.

    Box is extremely well made. Durable with strong zipper. The first box I ordered was the 20x24x30. It’s a tank and like 65lbs. This one is smaller and lighter. I do notice when I’m doing step ups that if I get bit sloppy 500 step ups in and feet get near edges there is a bit of give and wobbling. I’m 5’6, 140 but use 25lb vest with with size 10 feet. I’d still order the box again regardless as it does what it’s suppose to do. One nice thing about smaller size is storing it is easier than the much larger box.
