Very sturdy and steady bench. An inch or so higher off the floor than the ones in the gym, which might be a problem fro shorter users. Easy to assemble. Light enough to carry.

I have ordered another brand of weight bench. No matter how I adjusted it, it was not stable on a level floor. I received and assembled the OPPSDECOR today. The bench quality is great, the adjustments are smooth and easy to use, and the unit is stable out of the box. An extendable headrest would be a good option in the future.

Does everything it is supposed to do. Wonderfully constructed, every piece is heavy duty. Many other reviews seem to say that it's "too small" for them, yet I am 6'1" and weigh 230 lbs and it is just the right size for me. Easy to read instructions, I had it up and was using it in less than 20 minutes. Also, it's extremely stable, no rocking back and forth, no loose parts, it is exactly as described.

Great Product, solid and worth every cent! Getting a lot of use and perfect size for the garage. Definitely buy if you’re looking to stop paying the gym fees.

Unlike some other reviewers, I feel like the assembly was not bad at all. But I have assembled quite a few of these type products and so I have experience and I have the tools. It really would be difficult without a power drill and attachments.
I feel like the pad is too hard. I would like something a little softer especially on the edges. When doing heavy dumbbell presses I do feel it digging into my back on the edges as my back slides across the sides.
I am 5'8" and when doing incline presses, my head is at the very top edge. I can't imagine that someone taller would feel very comfortable on the incline with their head hanging off the back without any support.
Overall I feel it's a good quality bench and nothing wrong with that or the assembly. But I probably won't keep this bench very long and will look for a more comfortable one for myself
