    Go to a store to inspect

    These are very cheaply made compared to the other bands I bought during covid. These feel more plastic than rubber. I was hoping they would be good for an in home gym work out like other reviews were saying, but these are not worth the buy. I probably should have went to an actual sports/exercise store. I don't think they will last very long. If your using them to teach children they would probably be fine, but for adults there is no resistance and they feel like there going to break. I am 5'1" so if someone taller uses these I don't believe they will stretch the distance. It is sad that we are paying for poor quality and it keeps getting worse. I hope someone finds this review helpful. Go to a store to get bands I'm starting to think things are going to just get worse with quality.

    I have not increased beyond the red one because it seems stiff. I think that the more I use it that it might get looser then I can move up to the next weight. I would recommend.
