I recently purchased this golf swing practice mat, and I've noticed a significant amount of green dust or powder coming off during use. It seems to come from the mat's surface or the paint on the club head. The dust is sticking to the mat, club head, and nearby objects. I’m concerned about the potential health risks of inhaling or coming into contact with this dust. Can you please confirm if this is a normal occurrence and if the materials used in the mat are safe for indoor use?

    Just arrived a couple of days ago and I am very impressed. I purchased the 5×5 pro mat and it’s light years better than my previous small mat. Will it last for 75k ball strikes as they say, I don’t know yet, but will find out! It’s very thick, an ideal size and again, the quality seems to be top notch! Will update as I use it.

    Too thin for the price, you could get injured

    Getting into golf and setting myself up with a cage at home I immediately went to GoSports for a golf mat. After about 4 months of having this and knowing a little bit more about golf and mats I would say look elsewhere and find another mat with more cushion. GoSports was my go to as they are reputable and I have bought previous items and was very happy but my mistake was I overlooked how thin it this was. After months of using regularly of hitting on this mat into a net, my elbow and wrist started hurting like crazy. So much that I had to take a break. After researching it could be my form (understandable as I was new to golf) or the golf mat. After looking online I found similarly priced mats as this one with the same size but more millimeters of cushion. After hitting on the new mat my wrist and elbow pain went away.
    The size is great, it’s held up well being outside, but the price point for the amount of cushion is the drawback. Unfortunately obviously unable to return at this point but I would save your elbow and wrists and look elsewhere

    Durable outdoor mat?

    Within hitting 50 shots off the turf there is now a hole in the turf. Didnt have high hopes but the net from the same company was good quality so i trusted this would be as well. Not the case it seems.
