Who needs a gym membership when you got this!?!
My stairmaster came 3 days early that’s a major plus!! The delivery man didn’t ring my doorbell and left it on a pallet in a big crate halfway down the driveway instead of leaving at least next to the garage door cuz that thing is so heavy to move. I’m a 46 yr old female and didn’t have anyone to help me at the moment so I tried and once I removed the crate I got it about another 2 feet but it was just too heavy. If I had wheels on it which it really should have I could have leaned it forward and pushed it up the driveway. Luckily one of my neighbors came home and we leaned it on my dolly and rolled it right up. Other than that so far so good. Easy to add the parts on. And it seems very sturdy. I can’t wait to see how it works over the next few months. A stairmaster is what I always felt I was missing and that’s why I kept my gym membership but now I feel my home gym is just the way it needs to be!!

    Solid Purchase – Beyond Worth It!

    Just getting around to reviewing this purchase from last fall, but I have absolutely loved this stairmaster. It is even better than the ones I've tried in gyms. This is a very solid, quality option.

    Here's (my) Why:

    – Feels stable underfoot, no mobility issues with the steps. The one at the "luxe" gym I was using had stability issues where it would wobble even if a teen got on it – this one doesn't have that issue. It is solid and even-footed.

    – Noise level is reasonable. I was concerned about the noise given the type of the machine but it is surprisingly low given the size. It's reasonable enough to have had it in a thin-walled townhouse apartment and neighbors didn't know we had one until we recently moved!

    – It's a real, true machine for better results. I've tried other walking treadmills / cheaper under-the-desk type stair steppers for health/weight loss before but you kind of trade results for foldability/miniature size. This stairmaster gives you a solid workout that you can actually feel, only you don't have to wait your turn to use it.

    – No engineering issues. It's been 8+ months and happy to report no rusting, gear issues, electrical issues, stopping, jarring, shaking, etc. Still running just as smooth as when we got it and still looks nice and new underneath. Feels safe to be on.

    Overall, 10/10 and probably the best priced you'll find for home use. Trust me, we looked.

    I’ve had this stair machine for 3 months and have really enjoyed it so far. I even used some scrap wood to make a shelf so I can watch shows while working out. Overall, this has been a great machine for the price, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable stair climber.

    My sister in law has one from a different company, it was almost $4000, it looks exactly the same, it's a great product at a great value. Only thing I changed was I put a phone holder in the cup tray, since there's not a good spot to put my phone

    I love it. It works great. The bars on the side are a little small in diameter so I had to order some foam handles so if you have large hands, I would recommend that as well but for the price, it was definitely worth it! Its pretty quiet, assembly wasn’t bad at all.

    Let me start out by saying that I was very pleased with the shipping. I was expecting to get it in about a week and I got it in two days. Assembly was reasonably simple, it may have taken me 30 minutes but that’s where the pros end. The biggest problem that I found was that in the description it says this machine ranges as low as 15 steps per minute since I’m a bigger guy I wanted something that could work with me since I’m out of shape. However, I went into this with the expectation of doing 15 per minute and ended up doing about 60 steps per minute on the first setting. Keep in mind the weight capacity is 375 pounds and I’m 350 pounds. Since I’m not a professional and I don’t make these machines I figured if I’m under the weight capacity, then everything should be fine, but I realized that because I am heavier it seems like the motor has a difficult time slowing down the momentum of my steps. This was proven to me when I had my brother-in-law get on the machine and he came in at 27 steps per minute and he weighs around 200 pounds. All of the other cons are blunders on my part because I assumed these machines typically came with a fan somewhere to put your phone and controls where you put your hands which this has none of the above so I won’t knock it too much for that because it never said that it did.
