The Pros: very well made, very heavy, all parts lined up, Easy to put together, (if you have a screw gun) Found it sturdy for exercise. This a large box. The Cons: instructions are weak, the Screwdriver that is provided is useless. You could use two people to put it together We will see how it holds up.

You have to put this together and the inside mounts are a bit awkward to put together. Once you figure that out and put the side panels together you can feel how sturdy this jump box is. It is not extremely light, but still easy to move and flip around. I feel better about this box than the foam box competition.

Overall, I am very happy with the value of this plyo box. Extremely sturdy, and exactly what I was looking for. I'll be honest when reading the reviews I saw a handful of comments talking about difficult assembly but I'm not sure what they are talking about. Instructions are pretty straight forward, with a handheld electric drill it easily took less than 15min. I will say that I got the larger of the 3 boxes (30x24x20) and while it's perfect for me my wife mentioned that even at the 20" height it feels slightly too tall for her doing step-ups. She's roughly 5' 7"
