    I use this ball for physical therapy exercises and I like it a lot. It is easy to grasp as I toss it from hand to hand. I know that if I miss, it won't hurt my feet if it falls on them. It appears to be solidly made. I didn't give it a five star only because it feels a bit silly to be gushy loving of an exercise ball. I would, however, recommend it as a PT tool.

    Para el precio no recibes un súper producto, pero si tiene mejor calidad que su competencia, el grip funciona muy bien y eso evita que no se resbale y si tiene gel. No como otras que usan agua o arena.
