Love these bands! High recommend. I bought some other bands and they stretched out in no time and were unusable. These battle bands are better quality and work great.

Full disclosure, I literally just opened the box and attached them to the pull-up bar. A slight but not horrible smell. Seem decent enough. They come with a carry bag, so that’s nice. The resistance is good and feels accurate but I’ve not done any tests.

These helped this old guy start doing pull ups again. The flat bands help stop the slipping out from under your feet unlike the round bands. Start using all three band at once then when you get stronger just remove one band at a time. They also work great for arm and shoulder exercises.
