All the attachments are solid. Ive used these for chest press variations, sldl, face Pulls, seated rows, woodchops, pallof presses, pulldowns against door, bicep curls, shoulder press, band pullaparts, tricep extentions with door, kickbacks, but there are other exercises you can use them for. Awesom3 and no rips or tears that ive noticed. I dont use them quite as much since ive got weights but still use them multiple times a week.

Doing more with resistance bands at home than ever now. Getting creative and setting these up for bench and back work. There are a lot out there to choose from, this set had the extra handles and no one else did. I have had a lot of surgeries from hockey, military, sports in general so I have had to look differently at my working out. These work just the opposite of weights on your muscles, resistance increases as muscle contracts. Much better than weights, but still learning wot work with them better. Pretty good set, using them more each week and very helpful when recovering from joint injuries. Great value for the money, pretty happy with this set.

Absolutely the best of 4 brands I have tried. They are stronger and better made. The carabiners, the loops, the band are all top notch. The handles are the letdown, they are decent, but the handles are a little small and the straps fold inside the handles the wrong way. It is not a dealbreaker, they even give you two sets of handles. I can't recommend them enough, even with the handles.

If you just want to build up muscle or if you’re a diabetic and need to lower sugar this is great when my sugar is high I do a workout and when I check my sugar is down. I take them on trips and they help me loose fat and build up strength in my legs and upper body. I would recommend them to anyone.
